Cardinal Cove is located 11 miles from Tifton in Northwest Tift County. The nearly 4000 square foot home, Joe and Ramona McNair built is situated within 5 acres of tall Georgia pines and surrounded by 220 acres this family farm land. The home is located a quarter mile off the road and in the back yard you can enjoy the view of the 13 acre pond surrounded by cypress trees. The home has a spacious great room and well appointed kitchen. There are three bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. There is also a formal dining room and living room. The reclaimed heart-pine throughout the home provides a rustic yet elegant touch. As beautiful as the home is, the outdoor spaces are what sets it apart.
