The 12th annual chocolate tasting event, a benefit for Literacy Volunteers of Tifton-Tift County, is being reimagined as an elegant evening of chocolate indulgence at the exciting, new Tifton Tasting Room by Paulk Vineyards. As in the past, you and your valentine will indulge on decadent (mostly chocolate) desserts, sip on wine or nonalcoholic slushies, socialize, and bid on fabulous items in silent and live auctions. Advance tickets are $30 and include all the desserts you wish to taste and two beverages. At the door, tickets are $40. You will use your ticket to vote for the Best Tast, Best Presentation, and Most Original desserts. Winners will be announced in an issue of the Tifton Grapevine and will receive plaques to be posted at their businesses for lifelong bragging rights.
